Case study – RICE MILLS AT KALADY

Client situation :
Disposal of 1,00,000 litres of Par boiled waste water per day to public channel and thus creating serious nuisance for the neighbourhood due to nasty smell and heavy sludge formation.

Solution by AEMCO :
We built an anaerobic treatment plant, resulting in zero electric consumption, zero chemical treatment,Odourless and sludge free treatment of waste water. Now 1,00,000 litres of par boiled waste water per day prodcue 70 m3 of Biogas by the biogas plant built by AEMCO which is being used for cooking food for 450 persons daily in the rice mill canteens.

Case study – A MAJOR MNC CANTEEN AT CHENNAI

Client situation :
Disposing 1000 kg canteen food  waste generating per day from 4000 persons at the canteen of Caterpillar India Pvt. Ltd.  at Chennai  was a big headache for the management incuring lot of expenses daily.

Solution by AEMCO :
Anaerobic treatment process plant was installed by AEMCO which generates biogas and is used  as fuel for Bio generator (5KVA),  generating 3500 watts for 12 hrs per day. This is now used for lighting and fans in the canteen of the company.

Case study – SEAFOOD PEELING UNIT AT COCHIN

Client situation :
Squid peeling waste was pumped into the back waters which had resulted in drinking water contamination and smell formation.

Solution by AEMCO :
Bio gas plant was installed and squid peeling waste is now treated anaerobically for generating biogas for cooking purpose.

Case study – AVT NPL Tiptur

Client situation :
At AVT NPL Tiptur , during the process of marigold flower extraction , acidic waste water of pH value 3.1 is generated


Solution by AEMCO :

Two numbers anaerobic plant was constructed for the treatment of acidic waste water and after the treatment it is found the pH 7 and huge amount of bio gas is produced for the generation of electricity.
